KULALEY, KENYA - JULY 5: Arfon Kahiye ,age 28, and daughter Nasra Mohamed, 7, stands in their homestead on July 5, 2011 in Kulaley, Kenya. Arfon lost a son about two weeks earlier. The child was two years old and had been in a nutrition program run by Save the Children in the area. She is now nine months pregnant and will give birth at home as she has done with all her four children. She had twenty five goats but twenty died due to the drought. Four goats were sold to buy water and she kept one.
