APR 25 1966; Old Fashioned Clock Keeps Old Time; The clock on the old Daniels and Fisher tower had not been moved ahead by Monday morning to conform with Daylight Saving Time. The clock in the foreground, on the Denver Dry Goods Co. at the 16th and California Sts., shows the correct time. The tower clock is an hour behind. A death in the family of Bill Pierson, manager of KBPI radio station, was given as the reason the clock was not changed. Pierson winds the clock.
