Colombia's cyclist Luis "Lucho" Herrera celebrates as he crosses the finish line on July 16, 1984 after taking part on the 17th stage of the 71st Tour de France between Grenoble and Alpe d'Huez. - The Alpe D'Huez is a mythical place for Colombian cycling. There, they began to write their history, on July 16, 1984, with the legendary victory of Lucho Herrera, who won the first stage of Colombian cycling during the Tour de France.
