(Original Caption) 10/13/1960-Pittsburgh, PA: Forbes Field: Yankee second baseman Bobby Richardson leans over shorstop Tony Kubek after a ground ball took a bad hop and hit Kubek in the Larynx in the bottom of the eighth inning. the bad hop was the break the Pirates needed in the game. They took advantage of it to score five runs in the inning and recapture the lead in a rough and tumble game. The final score was the Pirates 10-9 over the Yanks and new world champs.
