CENTENNIAL, COLORADO-NOVEMBER 15, 2006- Frank Bingham, surrounded by his family and friends, laid to rest his wife Becca and their two children Macie, 4 and Garrison, 2, at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery at 6601 S. Colorado Blvd. Bingham's entire family was killed by a drunk driver that hit them at the intersections of Arapahoe and 15th streets in downtown Denver. Frank was the sole survivor. Lawrence Trujillo <cq> the man who hit the family, was formally charged this afternoon with 11 counts, among those counts he faces 3 counts of vehicular homicide while driving under the influence, four counts of leaving the scene and vehicular assault.
