De Gaulle Stands Bet. Pres.&Mrs. Kennedy
French President Charles De Gaulle stands between U.S. President John F. Kennedy and Mrs. Kennedy on the steps of the Elysee Palace after luncheon here, May 31st. The Kennedys were welcomed to Paris with a 101-gun salute as they motored around the streets of Paris. The crowds that lined the route were reported larger than the crowd that welcomed President Eisenhower to Paris last Spring.
