A hippo named Nikica who had escaped her pen during floods in Montenegro has returned home to a private zoo, in Plavnica south of capital Podgorica, after tasting ten days of freedom, an AFP journalist reported on January 20, 2010. Nikica the hippo escaped from her enclosure when it was flooded by heavy rains in Montenegro two weeks ago.
