Open Arms Presents Its New Flagship, The 'open Arms One'.

The NGO Open Arms offers this Wednesday a press conference to announce the details of its new flagship, the 'Open Arms Uno', as well as its incorporation process. After its refit and flagging, the ship plans to set sail towards the waters of the central Mediterranean to reinforce the tasks of humanitarian aid and surveillance of migratory routes. The 'Open Arms Uno' was built in Norway in 2000 and has performed tasks as a multipurpose support vessel on the high seas, carrying out maritime rescue tasks and transporting materials and equipment in the North Sea.
