Beggars Bush Military Barracks (formerly the headquarters of the Auxilliary Police) was handed over recently to the Irish Republican Army. Headed by a band of Irish Pipers, in native costume a company of Republican soldiers marched triumphantly through the streets of the City and entered the famous military stronghold amidst scenes of great enthusiasm.
