JERUSALEM, -: Israel's chief Rabbi Shlomo Amar speaks during a re-burial ceremony for slain French-Jew Ilan Halimi held at a cemetery in Jerusalem 09 February 2007. The 23-year old Ilan Halimi, was murdered on 13 February 2006 after he was kidnapped and tortured for three weeks by a gang in a Paris suburb.
