Oil Drilling Proposed For Broward Everglades
July 11, 2015 Well drilling planned a few miles west of here. A Miami company applied for a permit to drill oil in the western Everglades area of Broward County. This is likely to cause a fight with environmentalists over a remote area in the Everglades known for wading birds, alligators and other wildlife. Published in the Sun-Sentinel.
