I asked Zack Sidhu, a pairs figure skater who hopes to compete in the Olympics in 2018, a question about ice skating lifts that involve the female partner planting the blade of her skate high up on the thigh of the male partner (like you can see in Mark Rightmire's cover photo that ran in the Register on Tuesday of gold medal ice dancers Charlie White and Meryl Davis.) We'll be shooting Zack and his figure skating pairs partner Jessica Calalang during a practice session.
