The Black Country parade is a non-political event and is paid for by donations and fundraising events throughout the year. It is believed to be the biggest St George's Day Parade in the world. Celebrations take place across the country to celebrate St. George, the patron saint of England. The emblem of St George, a red cross on a white background is the flag of England.
