(Original Caption) Lakeland, Fla.: President Carter continued his assault on Ronald Reagan's past statements on Social Security and Medicaid by producing a 1961 record album on which the Republican says Medicaid was a short step to socialism. Carter displays the recording at the Lake land Municipal Airport, after he spoke to about 15,000 supports at a rally.
