So, one of the things I was most excited to shoot in Manchester: The Wheel of Manchester. Of COURSE it was shut down during my visit! I guess the fountains on the ground broke and to fix them they needed to shut the wheel down. At least the LED lights on the ground (which are part of the fountain) still work, assisting in my long exposure night time snap.
