TOKYO, JAPAN - DECEMBER 20: A super-compact electric vehicle at a parking space as a a car-sharing feasibility study starts on December 20, 2016 in Tokyo, Japan. Futuristic one-seater, electric-powered Toyota cars take the place of bicycles in the Tokyo study, a joint project between Japan's largest car-sharing service provider Park24 Co. and the transport ministry.
