WASHINGTON, DC JUL 13: -The outdoor swimming pool at the Park View Children's Pool was among those closed today as a precaution. -D.C Water officials put out a warning to boil water on Friday at 3:10 a.m. The agency sent out a tweet saying residents should boil their water for cooking and drinking until further notice if they live in certain areas due to a problem at the pumping station.
