KKK warning That Failed
The waning power of the Ku Klux Klan was demonstrated at Miami, Fla., where, despite a "scare parade" designed to frighten Negro voters, they found that more Negroes turned out to vote than ever before in the history of the city. This effigy hung from a telephone pole, shows the extremes to which the terroristic Klan went to achieve it's hoped for ends. Other Klansmen carried nooses.
