BANARIPARA, BANGLADESH - 2018/01/13: Village people seen on their boat. In the delta of rivers Ganga (Padma), Brahmaputra and Meghna people live on the water. Area around the town Banaripara is flooded with water. People live in villages on banks of river channels. No road transport is possible. Just water and ships connect them with the rest of the world. But the area is very lively. Farmers grow fruit, vegetables, rice and crops on 2 700 square kilometers of land among the river channels. Vendors visit their customer on boats. Floating markets with vegetable, fruit, rice or timber are common in this area.
