LUANDA, Angola: Women grieve over the casket of a young boy who had died two days prior. The family said doctors had been uncertain whether the cause of death was yellow fever or malaria. Angola is battling the world's worst outbreak of yellow fever in decades - a mosquito-born disease that can be prevented by a single inoculation. The outbreak takes place within the context of a broader health crisis: nearly 3,000 people died of malaria in the first three months of this year, compared to 8,000 in the whole of 2015, according to the WHO, and outbreaks of diseases such as cholera, typhoid or plague are not out of the question.
