Bluenose II - stock photo
The Bluenose II arrives to its home port of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia on August 30, 2017. Built by Smith and Rhuland it was constructed to match the same plans as the original Bluenose. Angus J. Walters, captain of the first Bluenose served as a consultant on the project. In 1971 the Bluenose II became Nova Scotia's sailing ambassador.
