In photography is traditional moroccan lamb tajine served with rice and fresh edible flowers. The meal is served with hot mint tea in beautiful copper teapot. Photography was taken in summer on sunlight. Photography was taken outdoors with natural sunlight and beautiful shadows of the flowers. Edible flowers are very healthy, especially nasturtium and fennel. This food is part of the traditional Middle Eastern and Maghreb (North Africa) culture. The tajine is traditionaly coocked in tajine pottery very slowly. The origin of tajine dates back to harun al-Rashid. First known recipe is from One thousand and one Nights, from Arabic story collection from the 9th century.
