Peak Tourism Season Comes To An End In Bodrum

However as Turkey's peak tourism season of August and September comes to a close the industry is showing signs of a slow recovery. After 2016, a year of terrorist attacks, diplomatic rows and political uncertainty, Turkey's tourism industry has struggled to bring back foreign tourists. However recent government figures show a 16per cent rise in numbers on the previous year, despite the overall increase in numbers the industry is burdened with a 17bn dollar debt slowing the recovery process.
