RBS fined 390 million pounds for Libor rate fixing; ENGLAND: London: INT - we are, I am disgusted by this and hugely disappointed/ the wrongdoing of twenty (20) people in this institution - there's no excuse that it was also across the industry - it is unacceptabel, there is no place in our industry for it/ worse than that in some respects, the culture of selfishness, self-serving - of which this is an extreme unrepresentative example but is an example - taints our whole inudstry/ it's something that is a legacy from financial boom times and something we must all be clear we are trying to stamp out from this industry/ - the fines RBS has suffered will come from the company's profits/ the wrongdoers have left the company and been stripped of all money
