Congressman Mast exchange at House hearing with North Korean defector

Florida Congressman Brian Mast discusses past remarks by North Korean defector Thae Yong-ho at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research about the long-standing overlap between Russia and North Korea, the proliferation of AQ Kham and delivery of intercontinental ballistic missiles on trucks manufactured in China for deployment. Mast and Thae discuss submarines and the nuclear triad, Thae noting that Iranian scientists were invited to satellite tests, the North Korea supported Iran during the Iraq-Iran war with military equipment and the two strongly cooperate. Thae says North Korea will continue with the process of submarine delivered advanced weapons from cold launching the technology and that dictator Kim John-un controls the strategic military unit in charge of intercontinental ballistic missile delivery procedures.
