House Minority Leader Steny Hoyer of Maryland asks what Congress would do to solve immigration reform problems, referring to a tweet of President Donald Trump the day after one bill failed and another was put off that Republicans stop wasting their time until the midterm election, adding that after Trump met with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un that people stood up he maybe wanted members to do that but the US was not North Korea.
