Prince William and Kate Middleton wedding: Preparations at Royal Mews; Alexander Garty (Transport Manager at the Royal Mews) interview SOT - I do the traffic plan getting to the Abbey, then making sure everything is turned around so we all back here when the procession arrives / A fair amount of pressure, but it is what I am used to / We always have emergency vehicles, only the principal vehicles / I have got 8 state vehicles, very stretched on the day, we move the Queen and bride and groom, moving other senior royals, we are also shifting the bride's family from locations outside the palace to the Abbey / It is a similar vehicle (referring to Rolls Royce visible in background) (to the one to be used for the Royal Wedding) / This is a Rolls Royce Phantom 4 / Regularly used / Was the Queen's first Rolls Royce / Was sprayed in state livery colours / Rolls Royce 1 was slightly damaged during student protests, but decided that as it was going to be used at the wedding they would take the opportunity to give it a makeover and so she is getting all spruced up for the day / The vehicle was presented to Queen in 1977 for her siilver jubliee, high top Rolls Royce which means very good visibility, roof panels come off
