In live 2-way x-talk from Washington DC NBC's Pete Williams says both sides (Elian's Miami relatives and the Government) are waiting for an Appeals court order, says the relatives want the order to bar Elian from leaving the country while his asylum case is on appeal, says some Government officials say any court ruling would end the Justice Department's agreement last week to wait before getting Elian, and predicts Elian won't be taken on Wednesday because it's the anniversary of the Waco disaster. 21:19:20 Brian Willians is joined by NBC news politicial analyst Howard Fineman in Washington, DC. They discuss how Americans are reacting to the saga surronding Gonzalez, the Confederate flag and Christian Coalition founder Pat Robinson.
