Senator Graham calls declaring ISIS defeated fake news after Trump announced retreat from Syria

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham says after President Donald Trump declared victory over terrorist group ISIS in a Twitter video message and intent to withdraw 2000 American troops from Syria that to say ISIS was defeated was fake news, severely damaged but would come back unless the US could stop them, Graham not wanting to outsource national security to any foreign power and the idea that Turkey would be the good guy in Syria to protect the US against ISIS was just crazy but instead would unleash holy hell on the Kurds seen as more of a threat than ISIS, so the Trump decision a disaster on multiple fronts that hopefully could be changed.
