Curious monkey climbs on tourist and bites him

A university student was bitten by a monkey while walking along a popular trail in Thailand. Pablo Hurtado Mullor, 22, was walking along the Monkey Trail in Mueang Krabi District with his friend Jaime Sánchez Cortina, 22, when the incident occurred. A curious monkey approached the friends and climbed onto Jaime to check his bag, but bit him when it found nothing of interest. Jaime was taken to a local hospital for treatment and rabies prevention. Pablo, from Valencia, Spain, said: "The monkey climbed up to see what he had in the bag. When it realized there was nothing interesting, it bit my friend."
