On 11 October the painters have finished the artwork, a mural of 18 m height and 58 m length, called 'Looking into the future' of author Valerii Korshunov, whose sketch was selected among 24 other candidates. The mural is painted on the eastern wall of the Turbine Hall of Chernobyl Nuclear Plant. The Chernobyl disaster that occurred on 26 April 1986 at the 4th block of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, near the city of Pripyat, is considered the worst nuclear disaster in history.
